About The Author:

Maribee Dalemot was born on February 23, 1978 in Uniontown, PA. When her mom was six months pregnant with her they both suffered the measles together and to the doctorÂ?s amazement she survived. During her high school career a teacher asked her students including Maribee to pick a painting and write a story about it. She picked a painting that featured three boys near a fruit stand. This is one of many projects Maribee is currently working on.

After she finished her high school career she entered in the Army under her real name in 1997. After training in Ft Leonard wood, Ft Sam Houston, Ft Benning GA, she was stationed at Harvey Barracks in Kitizgen, Germany for two years. She thought she was going to spend more time in the Army but an injury she sustained in a fire in Texas that the doctors missed and it took its toll in Germany. Officials were afraid that her staying in service would cause more damage and turned her loose a year early.

After she left she worked here and there until something happened that changed her life. An offer to write a get well wish to a WWE superstar brought to light the talent she had to the person who needed to know the most- herself. The letters she sent him convinced her to be a writer. The journey was halted for a while until she realized she wasnÂ?t going to get anywhere unless she made being a writer a reality. This book is a part of her journey toward her future. She plans to release a book of poems under her real name soon.
