Groovy Baby Fashion Brand Translates Goo-Goo-Ga-Ga
(PRWEB) January 4, 2006
Groovy baby and kids clothing company 3 Girls and Us is setting out to collate a “first words ‘dictionary’” – a collection of babies’ own first words with their meanings. 3 Girls and Us founder (and mom of 3) Claire Abernethy says “Our youngest always used to say “gotgot” instead of chocolate. We wanted to capture the innocence of children’s first chit-chat because those words are so special – so we thought we’d ask other parents for memories of their own little ones’ first words.”
All submissions to the dictionary via http://www.3girlsandus.com qualify for entry into a free prize drawing to win a baby T-shirt or other item from the 3 Girls and Us collection.
3 Girls and Us was founded by Claire Abernethy and partner Matt Hardy to bring funky, groovy clothes to babies & toddlers, grown-up kids, moms and dads. Their love of strong, minimal design, of fashion and the cheekiness of their 3 young daughters inspired them to launch their own clothing line – aimed squarely at hip, design-conscious young families.
Their 100% cotton bibs, onesies and T-shirts come in a range of simple, cheeky, funky designs. From the ever-popular Ingredients line (inspired by the 19th century saying “What are little girls made of?”) to the brightly colored lettering of the ‘babe’, ‘dude’ and ‘e=mc2’ designs. With more groovy designs for baseball jerseys, hoodies and other products, there’s definitely something for all the family.
